1880 New Englander with a large barn right in Freedom Village! Here is your chance to be part of a vibrant community in a small, peaceful New Hampshire town. Walk to the Freedom Village Store, library, elementary school, post office, and town beach on Loon Lake! There is one large bedroom on the first floor along with the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs are several more bedrooms, a full bath, and an enclosed porch. The ell connecting the house to the barn was converted to an in-law suite at one time which may still be permissible with town approval. Several wood stove hookups provide comfortable and practical New England heating for cold winter days and the barn has three levels of possibilities! The property is in need of extensive renovations and will not qualify for VA, FHA, or conventional financing; buyers should plan on a construction loan, portfolio loan, or cash purchase. Property sold AS-IS.
